End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: November 13, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal contract between MyMobileLyfe (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) governing your access to and use of the One-Click AI web application and associated content, software, and services (collectively, the “Software”).

By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.


1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MyMobileLyfe grants you a:

  • Limited
  • Revocable
  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-sublicensable

license to access and use the One-Click AI Software for your personal or internal business purposes.

You are not acquiring ownership of the Software; you are only being granted permission to use it under these terms.


2. Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  3. Distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your license
  4. Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  5. Access the Software to build a competing product or dataset
  6. Use the Software for any unlawful or harmful purposes
  7. Circumvent any technological protections or access controls
  8. Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates your license.


3. User Content

You may submit content such as:

  • Documents and files
  • Chat messages
  • Workflow assessments
  • Business and organizational details
  • Text inputs, prompts, and other submissions

(“User Content”)

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content.

3.2 License to MyMobileLyfe

By using the Software, you grant us an irrevocable (until deleted), worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store your data
  • Process it for the normal operation of One-Click AI
  • Display it within your account
  • Back it up for operational and archival purposes

We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

3.3 OpenAI Processing

You acknowledge that we use the OpenAI API to generate outputs based on your User Content.
OpenAI does not train on content submitted via API.


4. Software Updates

We may provide updates, patches, enhancements, or new features.
These updates:

  • May be automatic
  • May modify or remove existing functionality
  • Are part of the Software and subject to this EULA

We are not required to provide support, updates, or maintenance unless otherwise stated.


5. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free performance
  • Preservation of user data beyond our stated retention practices

The Software may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.


6. Subscription Requirements

Access to One-Click AI requires a paid subscription.
All payment terms are governed by our Terms of Service and processed via Stripe.

Use of the Software without an active subscription is prohibited.


7. Privacy

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

By using the Software, you consent to all data practices described in that policy.


8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is owned by MyMobileLyfe and protected by:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark laws
  • Trade secret laws
  • Other intellectual property rights

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership of:

  • Source code
  • Algorithms
  • AI models
  • Designs
  • Branding
  • Proprietary content

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate this EULA
  • You violate the Terms of Service
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity
  • Required by law or for security reasons

Upon termination:

  • Your license to the Software ends immediately
  • Your access to your account and data may be removed

You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing access to the Software.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMobileLyfe disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy
  • Non-infringement
  • Reliability of AI-generated recommendations

You use the Software at your own risk.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyMobileLyfe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyMobileLyfe harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Software
  • Your violation of this EULA
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

13. Export Compliance

You may not use or export the Software in violation of:

  • U.S. export control laws
  • Trade restrictions
  • Sanctions regulations

You represent you are not located in a region subject to U.S. sanctions.


14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.


15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time.

Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If changes are significant, we may notify you via email or through the Software.
