Welcome to One-Click AI, a product of MyMobileLyfe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the One-Click AI web application (collectively, the “Service”).

3. Accounts and Registration
To access the One-Click AI application, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to One-Click AI requires a paid subscription.
4.1 Billing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the intervals specified (monthly or annually).
4.2 Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time.
Access remains available through the end of the billing period.
4.4 Refunds
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused services.
5. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer or modify any part of the platform
- Use the Service to build competing AI products or datasets
We may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms.
6. User-Generated Content
You may submit content such as files, text inputs, assessments, and chat messages (“User Content”).
6.1 Your Rights
You retain ownership of your User Content.
6.2 Our Rights
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Store your content
- Process it for the purpose of powering the Service
- Display it within your account
- Back it up or archive it as needed
We do not claim ownership of your business information or proprietary documents.
6.3 Data Processing and AI
We use the OpenAI API to generate responses within One-Click AI.
OpenAI does not train its models on your data submitted via API.
We only use your content to provide the Service to you.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your conversations, files, assessments, and other saved data remain in your account while the subscription is active.
- After cancellation, user-generated data will be removed as part of our routine cleanup process.
- Transaction and customer records processed via Stripe are retained for financial and bookkeeping purposes.
Users may request full deletion by emailing [email protected].
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including:
- Stripe for payments
- Google Analytics for website analytics
These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of them is governed by their respective agreements.
We are not responsible for their actions or data handling practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, code, features, and branding within the Service (excluding User Content) are the property of MyMobileLyfe and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Availability of the Service at all times
- Preservation of your data beyond stated retention policies
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
You will be notified of major changes when appropriate.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated recommendations
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions
You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyMobileLyfe is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyMobileLyfe harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect misuse or unauthorized activity
- Required by law or security concerns
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- We may delete your User Content per our data retention policy
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are significant, we may notify you by email or within the Service.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
